Recently I've experienced short term memory loss. I for instance have trouble remembering what I had for dinner the day before. It's typical for me to have a slight problem remembering this, but recently it's become very difficult if not impossible. I typically excel in math, but recently I've had trouble remembering certain rules (we're studying exponents). I'm typically one of the first people to raise my hand to answer a question in class. In the past week I have barely raised my hand at all and the few times I did I probably got the answer wrong half the time.

I don't do any drugs of any sorts and in light of this problem I've improved my sleeping habits slightly.

I always have short term memory loss. Whether its trying to think of what I had for lunch, or think of what I'm going to type next. Maybe it's due to stress or depression. Stress can cause tons of things, heart attacks, weight gain, and even memory loss. Stress truly is the silent killer.

I've even sometimes had trouble thinking what day my birthday is and (sadly enough) I've even thought my birthday was March 12 instead of March 13 (not actual bday, just an example).

Fuck, I just remembered my History homework and its 1 am :/ (no joke).

Did you suffer a concussion recently or any blow to the head? You should be alright unless you feel ill, nausea, etc,
Stress is also possible
