Yes I have, and I still do sometimes since I don't masturbate.

The only way to not have them is actually to masturbate. There isn't anything else. Every time you masturbate it holds off a wet dream for a couple of weeks, because a wet dream only occurs when the build up of semen is so much that it has to come out.
