So I take some drugs that raises my heart rate like hell, so since my heart is beating fast, isn't that the same as doing cardio? Like is it strengthening my heart? It's not like the heart knows the different between your heart rate being raised due to drugs vs due to cardio. Also, what causes drugs to raise the heart rate and how do they rase it?

Common over the counter medicines cause higher heart beat rates by constricting your blood vessels so more blood needs to be pumped around. This increases your blood pressure however which is bad.
Your heart doesn't really get stronger by pumping blood faster. The faster your heart rate goes, the less healthy it is. Endurance athletes can have about 30BPM.

I'm not sure about whether the drugs are the same as doing cardio however, I assume not. People would be using them all the time if they did that.

you're not going to burn much more calories from a racing heart. as the reason you burn calories from cardio is because you actually move your body.

when you preform low intensity cardio you will get more type 1 fibre in the muscles used wich means they will be able to get oxygen better etc (see pic)
and this wont be the case when using these drugs.

no, doesnt work that way with drugs. same goes for if you have high heart rate due to heavy stress or anxiety. because these things arent healthy. they only put stress on your heart, which isnt good.
