The other day I was texting a girl that I like, we're not going out but were really close, and months ago he told me this secret because she trusted me and was shocked by it but when I was texting her I said why did u tell me that secret but you won't tell me this and she freaked out hasn't text or spoken to me since. Can anyone help he make things right cus I feel like an absolute douche and am sorry for what I said to her?!??

Give her an apology and say (well, this is what I would say) "Sorry for bothering you about your secrets. I now understand that if you don't want to tell me that, you don't have to. Its your decision and i should have respected that. Will you forgive me?", but you can say whatever you want. Good luck :)

I guess all you can do is say what you think, i.e., "I feel like an absolute douche and am sorry for what I said."

Although don't do it by text. Try to see her in person. She may not want to talk to you right away but she'll at least see that you want to apologise.
