Go see a doctor.
Preferably the ninth doctor.

Seeing how you answered someones question about hiding their scars by saying drawing over them and that's what you do, that might be your reason for an infection.

pour some alcohol or peroxide on it and leave it alone

While alcohol is good to sterilize things, I would not recommend it as a wound disinfectant. It is more likely to dry out the wound to the point of additional irritation. Not to mention it stings like hell. As far as I know, peroxide would be a better bet but someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Creams like polysporin or neosporin can be used to help ward off and treat minor infections. If the cut is a red, swollen, hot to the touch, or oozing pus, you really should just see a doctor. Depending on the severity of the cut and how far it is healed, scars can become raised so I'm not entirely sure what you're describing.
Also someone mentioned that you draw on them? I'm not sure if you mean healing cuts or scars. If it's the former, you risk infection from ink getting into the blood stream through a potentially open wound, even accidentally. Then you would definitely have to see a doctor.

Hydrogen Peroxide dries out the wound as bad as putting on alcohol.
Is it scabbed over? If so, try to break the scab. Pus oozing out is better than being rebounded into the blood stream.
You definitely do need to see a doctor however, and our advice is not to be taken in lieu of seeing one.

Yes, but he key word in what I said is SCARS ,so they're not open wounds with no risk of infection.

Ink sinks into the skin and scars aren't fully closed under the layer of skin if they are deep or new

They were my old scars (~6-7 months old) so I think they are healed.........
