OK for last few months I've have been getting this urge to masturbate with My sister who is a year older than me. and i mean masturbation as in mutual masturbation and no this is not oral or actual sex. I'd say that there's nothing wrong with it, and if she's game, then go for it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained; no harm, no foul.

Don't do it. You may feel like it would be fun, or you may want to because you're curious about the opposite sex, but it's not worth the possibility of ruining your future relationship with your sister. It's not uncommon for siblings to think about what you're asking but outside of fantasy -- not a healthy idea.

You mention that you have an urge to do it not that you've done it or that you've asked her. IF you both are doing it, I'd be very careful that it doesn't lead to more than mutual masturbation and it doesn't ruin your brother sister relationship. I'd be concerned that one of you may want more than the other or am worried what will happen if one or both of you begin dating and get intimate with the boy/girl-friend.

I agree it's not a good idea to initiate for a couple of reasons:
*She's a year older
*Girls tend to be more mature than guys
*She'd probably get very angry with you for bringing this
*She may tell your parents you asked her to do this
