That is definitely not safe, it's called a "point of no return" for a reason. Once it's there it has to come out. If it doesn't, you're going to experience back-track and the semen will end up somewhere else and cause infection.

It is definitely not safe because you are doing something called an injaculation which forces semen to go into your urinary bladder. You can cause some pretty messy urinary problems in the future if you do this all of the time meaning your semen will go in rather than out. It is not the end of the world if you have only done this a couple of times, but I would not do this again because you need to let the semen come out naturally rather than forcing it to go another direction.

Urm. There seems to be a resounding "no" coming from people, but I must say, I've been doing this ever since I started masturbating, when I was 14. It's been almost four years now, and I've never had a problem. Granted, I don't block it at the exit, I press on the perineum, which causes it to stop prior to passing the urinary tract.
