I have these little red dots, bout the size of a pinprick, one on my hand, some on my arms. What are they?

They could be tiny popped blood vessels, I'd bring it up to my parents if I were you just to see what they think it could be. How long have they been there?

For as long as I can remember. All my life. Even in old pictures, they're there.

Some people just have those kind of things naturally. I know the tops of my arms are the same.

Could just be birth marks or acne.

I have the same thing. I don't think they're pimples, cause I've tried using acne medicines on them. Yet when I've shaved my arms, they start bleeding.

Anyway since you had it for so long it should be ok, probably some birth mark
