I'd disagree with that. I think quite a few girls don't mind dating guys who are overweight. Most people will admit looks do factor into the relationship but sometimes people will go for personality over looks.

Me too. Most of my (female) friends aren't though. We talk a lot about who looks good and they don't understand why I think that overweight guys are handsome, but I think it doesn't depend on the weight but on the whole appearance of someone. And of course the personality is another important thing. In general I could think of an relationship with an overweight boy, without question.

Yeah. There can be really attractive boys that are complete douchebags. I'm dating an overweight person. All of my friends think it's weird because I'm underweight, and well... he's not.

To be honest, appearance matters to me, as it matters to pretty much everyone. But a guy's personality always outweighs his looks in my view. So, I guess I wouldn't mind dating someone who's a little chubby, if I liked his personality.
