I go to a school where they enforce changing in gym.the classes are not coed in gym.Boys have to wear a jockstrap with a cup. So that means we are usually naked for a few seconds. When I see the other boys naked I get hard does this mean I'm gay? and I have also noticed that I am alot smaller than the other boys. It's not just me that notices the size difference the other boys make fun of me for it. But to make sure we wear the right type of equipment coach brings us in the bathroom stall and makes us drop our shorts. Their Is nothing sexual about it.One day I forgot my cup and he noticed and said that I couldn't play that day. He also noticed that I was hard and said it happens to alot of people.he also said that I was a late bloomer.what do I do to keep from getting hard.

Well, you can't keep from getting hard. You are most likely sexually aroused towards men, but then again, you are going through puberty, so, while it could mean you are gay, it could just be your hormones because you're going through puberty. And, once again, you are going through puberty, everyone's penis will grow at different sizes.
