According ti Wikipedia, the average age of puberty over the last 150 years had decreased from abouy 17 years old to about 12 1/2 to 13 years old now. With ethe average age of early puberty going down too. I was an early developer and could cum at 10, and yould probably have liked a couple more years of innocence.

For boys or girls who developed early, would you have preferred a couple more years of innocence?

For those of you who developed later (or are still waiting), did or do you enjoy that innocence, or were youe wanting to be more developed like your peers?

I started growing really thick facial and pubic hair at 11, so I would say I started earlier than some. But no I would not want a couple more years of 'innocense' as you so equolently put it. :) With puberty comes not only physical maturity, but mental as well. I would not trade anything for the way i grew mentally.

I've been wondering about this trend also. But along those lines, how much of that is just sensational media? I mean I don't watch much news, but there was a story about a 7 year old girl having to buy her first bra (ironically she was quite proud of it) and it really made me think about the causes of this "early onset puberty." Obviously I know there are some medical conditions that can cause early puberty, but why the trend to younger, especially when people are living longer.

I started puberty at about 8 and was teased for being early so you could say it would have been nicer to have things happen at the same time as everyone else, but it wasn't all bad. Even though I was embarrassed at the time, being the only freshman in the locker with chest hair could have been cool if I was more confident.

I was a tad early, not much. I was fine with being early.

Yeah, I would've preferred to start later than I did; I started at 12-13, I would've liked to start at about 14-15

Nah I like hitting at 12 when I first cummed. I feel like got a bit of a head start and I look at people in high school who still barely hit puberty and feel bad for them.

No point arguing with it. It's a weird time whenever it happens.

I think it's just gradually going down as more and more people these days are having sex at a younger age, so the human body is evolving to keep up with this. As all the body essentially needs to do is pump more testosterone and create it younger it wouldn't be one of those 100 million years evolution things, so a couple of hundred years should be able to cater for it. Personally, I started young. Everyone thinks it must have been great to be bigger at a young age, but it's not. I mean, I liked it but I think it would be better if everyone started at the same age when it's about right, say 15/16.

I think this trend is just a sign that the human species is evolving still, which is probably a good thing.

I started at around 9 or 10

Part of me finds it slightly bizarre that at the same time people are staying in education longer and even spending longer to establish themselves post education before starting a family they are becoming physically capable of reproduction at a younger age.

On the other I love getting horny and then resolving that through the pleasure of cumming whether through masturbation or some kind of two person activity. I also like the extra physical strength. Sure there are odd times when life would be simpler without sexual urges but overall I would not want to go back to being prepubescent or have puberty start any later.

its my belief that the hormones injected into animal products and similar contaminations of the food plays a major role in this. My older sisters were raised complete vegans(no animal product at all) and they started puberty at 17 but my mum worried so she fed me the normal diet with meat cheese butter and i hit puberty around 13. There is also more evidence out there if you look :P

I'm still waiting to start, a lot of my friends have already started. Some have little face hairs starting, some have started growing in height, some of them's voices have gotten deeper. I want to hurry up and start puberty to catch up to them.

It seems like a lot of guys started masturbating early on and had dry orgasms for years before puberty. I actually started jacking off mid puberty and my first cum was a VERY wet one.

Oddly enough I have a fifth grade cousin who gas boobs like an eight grader, I think evidence of earlier puberty start times.

Nourishment, social pressure, hormones in the meat in some countries - you name it

My friends 11 yr old sister has boobs a bit bigger than mine (not saying a lot, but still), gets a period now and already needs to shave her pussy I was 13-14 for all that
She loves it and we know she is ready to be DTF which is a bit scary

INNOCENCE!?!?! What is this innocence you speak of? Ok, I'm done keeding (My new way of spelling and saying 'kidding' XD), but I was a bit early I think but I'm slower. But really, soon enough kids will be hitting puberty at like.... 2 years old. O_O

Who trusts Wiki? My mom said she started when like 12 and a half so it looks like people are starting earlier. I'm fine starting at 10 but the thing I don't like is starting puberty earlier MAY increase the pressures from society the media and peers to be sexual at such a young age so that innocence I wish I had.
