I put hot sauce on most things I eat. eggs, chicken, turkey, roastbeef sandwiches. when I make hamburgers or sloppy joes I cook it into the meat.

It's not like putting hot sauce on stuff is to make it super spicy. Tabasco sauce is good on bland things like rice or eggs. It adds a little tiny bit of kick if you donut right, and it adds flavor. Just experiment with the basic stuff first, and if you like it, expand your horizons.

I only eat plain noodles with ketchup or cheeses, and if it has cheeses I don't add ketchup.
No hot sauce though... idly... :/

I guess it would depend on what kind of cheese you put on or in with the noodles. if the hot sauce would taste right on it or not. meh I'd have to try it.
