How do you guys do it? Do you clean yourself before you go to bed or anything? What else should I know before sleeping naked? Thanks!

I don't really think there is anything you need to do or need to know about sleeping naked. You don't need to shower or anything. If you want to sleep naked, then just do it. Just take your clothes off and hop into bed.

However, I know a lot of people want to sleep naked but don't because they are too afraid their parents will find out or will see them naked. That is really the only thing you need to worry about. Other than that, just do it.

I sleep naked every night and have been for over a year. I love it and definitely will never going back to sleeping with clothes on.

not really need to prepare anything, just sleep like you normally sleep but only different is you take off all your cloth. if you are first time try to sleep naked the difficult is you get boner all the times. it take a while to use to it, advise: you can jerk off before you sleep naked.

I've tried to sleep naked, only done it a few times at home cuz I'm afraid I'll be seen.

Like someone said I'll jack, shower and go to bed. Usually I'll sleep in briefs and Tee. Once my folks go to bed, If I'm still awake I'll take them off and jump back into bed.

Just get undressed normally when you're going to bed but take everything off and maybe put something close to you, (Maybe under a pillow or something in case family walk in....)

Just do what you would normally otherwise do if you were clothed. Given the recent cold weather that's been slowly getting warmer, I have been going to bed in PJs, then taking the top off (half asleep) in the middle of the night when the bed was warmer.

Just shower and be as dry as possible, wet sheets do not help you sleep. try a shower not to hot so you dont sweat to much, fan on lol
