not puberty related, but how do you become a modertor?(just wondering?)

you wait for openings which will be advertised in "voluteer job openings". then you can apply for positions when they come up. then the global mods and admins select the successeful applicant.

Just to add, we can also seek a potential candidate privately. Applications are done when there isn't anybody in particular in mind.

If you want to be a moderator for a forum section, its best to be active and give advice in a forum section and follow the forum rules.

The number one rule is not to ask a position. Apply when a notice is posted in the VT Volunteer Jobs Openings (http://virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=34) forum.
