Gym class changing

At my school we have a strict changing policy in gym.It's not coed but we do have to wear a jockstrap with a cup.that means we are completely naked for a few seconds.I am 14 years old and I get hard seeing other boys naked.am I gay?I also have the smallest penis in the class. What should I do about getting hard and when I put on the jockstrap I stay hard.The coach comes in and checks if we are wearing the right equipment so we have go into a stall and drop our gym shorts.He noticed that I get hard and he said it's all normal for me to get hard.

Don't worry about getting hard, thait happens quite frequently to most guys. Alos guys sometimes feel theirs is smaller looking down at it when looking at others. And at 14 you still have pleanty of time to grow too.

Sorry for giving you a girl's view here -- as stated erections are common. Getting an erection by seeing guys nude or having one in a strap's cup likely has no bearing on what your sexuality is or maybe.

If you follow sexually labeling, some may say you're Gay -- Bi if you:
*are attracted to guys -- attracted to both genders
*constantly fantasize about guys -- fantasize about both genders
*play (want to) with another guy -- are intimate or want to be intimate with guys and girls
*kiss (want to)another guy -- kiss or want to both genders
*have intimate conversations with guys -- have intimate conversations with guys or girls
*have no interest or sexual interest in a girl -- have interest or sexual interest in both genders

One could also be Bi-Curious or Curious if they have limited experience and may fit between the examples.

Only you can decide who you are --who you're attracted to -- who you end up with. Keep in mind that one's sexuality is based on their interpretations and sadly society uses labels so that makes it harder to grasp at times

From what i've read here, most st8 boys get erections in the locker room. 14 is to young to worry about penis size.

Ok, regained my composure. There's nothing you can (or should) do to stop getting hard. Sure, there is the possibility that you're gay/bi, but it's not certain. Only if you are emotionally attracted to guys are you gay or bi. Otherwise, you're just any other guy in a locker room.

The idea is you get used to people being nude and you nude too- look up real nudist photos - it isn't a bunch of boys and men walking around hard at all
Most nude beaches are very family friendly/non-sexual so age is irrelevant - there is no 18+ sign at them lol!
