So I am a gamer, a very typical young one. I was sitting there do my stuff and I start thinking about what some kids were saying at school two weeks ago about "Smegma". So while I was sitting there I quickly searched up pictures of Smegma and it turns out I think I may have it. I have white little lumps inside my foreskin. One thing I worry about is that all the things that mention it could be a case of Smegma I have.

A strong oder from the penis and small white dead-cells under the foreskin. :(

Of course I said I was a typical young gamer so I don't really wash to often (Disgusting now I think about it, I will start).

So I was just wondering I have had these white lumps under the foreskin for about 5 months or something crazy and I never really thought much of them, would it be to late to start cleaning now or should I just go straight to a doctor? (Of course I will start cleaning daily now though).

Well, it doesn't sound like its infected, just start cleaning. If a ting abnormal appears or happens, then you should go.

Clean it. Don't leave it. If its just dead skin cells, its not an infection. But anything else, it could be an infection. Keep it as dry as possible down there too.

If cleaning it after a while doesn't make a difference, there's no harm in getting the doctor check it out. It'll be unlikely that circumsision is necessary, though would be entirely voluntary (and cosmetic) if that were someting that you actually were to choose to ask for.

Yeah if you clean it it should come out although judging how long it's been there you might to really try. If it persists or something strange develops, go to your doctor.

If thats what it is then it should just wash away with gentle washing in seconds, if ur uncut u will always get it if u go a few days without washing. Its a normal thing but its an important part of good hygeine to keep it very clean cos u dont want an infection!

But you say like white bumps, do a wikipedia search for
Hirsuties coronae glandis
and check you dont mean that (wikipedia has a photo but it can be less extreme than that), those are normal little white bumps and also nothing to worry about but they wont wash away, they are part of the head, so leave those ones behind! lol

You definitely need to get into the habit of cleaning your foreskin because the odor and smegma problem will only get worse the further along you are in puberty. It is not too late to start cleaning now, and you have to clean down there everyday. If you do not, then you will eventually start getting a lot of irritation, and you will get an odor problem. Also, after you jackoff you have to clean around your foreskin, too.

If you are having issues on retracting your foreskin, or if you just don't know how to keep it clean, then talk to your father or your doctor.
