Size changes in different situations

Hi, I was wondering, is it normal for my penis to get smaller in these situations?
- Cold weather and water
- Really hot/sweaty (post exercise, sweaty)
- Wearing tight clothing (jeans, exercise spandex, briefs)
- Post "wet dreams" (ejaculation)

Cold weather causes your penis to temporarily shrivel. Its something to do with when cold, your body needs to keep its core temperature up.

The rest is entirely normal for it to happen yet the explanations for the other ones vary greatly whereas cold has really only one effect.
