DSLR recomendations?

Im going on a trip this summer and i need a good camera to take pictures with. Any suggestions or cameras that are good for this

DSLR doesn't exactly equate to good photos; experience and skill is what does it.

If you are a beginner and just want something simple to use that will take good vacation photos for you, you might want to look into a higher-end point and shoot camera or a bridge camera. Plus, depending on where you are traveling, a more compact camera may be more ideal than a DSLR.
