My vote goes to Mel Blanc (http://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/Mel-Blanc/), and I think that's objectively the correct answer. My personal runner up would be Steve Blum.

Those are actors, not voice actors. Voice actors are people who do voices for animated media (cartoons, video games, etc.) where it's not live action.

Jeff Bennett is one of my favorites. Love him as the voice of Kyle Katarn (Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, and Jedi Academy). :)

DBB! (Dee Bradley Baker) Amazing voice actor. A bit of his work: SpongeBob SquarePants, Nightcrawler in X-Men: Legends and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. His voice-work also includes Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, Codename: Kids Next Door, Cow and Chicken, Phineas and Ferb, Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, Batman: Arkham City, the Ben 10 franchise, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Halo, Gears of War, Portal 2 and Left 4 Dead 2. He has played the roles of Elmer, Sanjay and Binky, in the Nickelodeon series, The Fairly OddParents. He has also played condescending upstart Mike Donnato in the 2003 film The Cooler, a live action work. And a plethora of other movies games and shows.
