Hi,

Is anyone here aspiring to a career in the armed forces? What role would you like to go into? If you could join the armed forces of any other country, which one and why that country over your own?

I'm currently on DEP(delayed entry program). For the U.S. Navy. My main job going in that I have a pending contract since I already beat the physical scores will be an AIRR. (Aviation Rescue Swimmer). I love to be able to help people and that's a good way of doing it, I will also be an aircraft mechanic at the same time.

Well, I am currently undergoing officer entry for the Royal Navy for a place at the Defence Sixth Form College here in the UK. After passing this I get a grant for a university degree and a guaranteed place at Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth. I'm entering as a Mechanical Engineer Officer (Fleet).

I would like to be in the royal navy as an engineer however I'm not 100% sure I would also like to be a cop and a cop is safer wish you luck in whatever you chose:)

Soon as I am old enough, ill either be a infantryman, part of a tank crew, artillery, or aviation mechanic.

I'd like to be in the SAS, but that's a long shot for me :D
