Don't say anything like, "Just eat healthy" or blah blah blah. I just want to know if the link and articles have any proof or evidence.

I would be very wary of that article. It does make some valid claims, but much of what it says is nonsense.

It grossly oversimplifies metabolism. While it is true that eating much less than the biological requirement slows metabolism, it can't be accelerated as easily as the article says. Metabolism is a very complex process, and to say that the amount of food you eat is the main factor affecting metabolism is incorrect.

The idea of unlocking fat makes no sense. The body can already use fat stores very easily. You don't need to do anything to make them accessible. When faced with a calorie deficit, the body starts to use fat stores.

The most egregious error is saying that weight loss is not calories in vs calories out. The only way to lose weight is to eat less than you burn. Many studies have shown this over and over.

I would ignore this article if I were you. Most of it is inaccurate. The only way to lose weight is to eat less and excercise more. While this may be difficult, it's the only thing that works.
