I am a 14 year old boy and I have had the flu for the last week so my mom comes in every night and morning and checks my temperature but she does it anal.I asked her if I could just do my tempature myself in my mouth bit no she won't let me.she is forcing me to wear tightie whities while I'm sick she says it helps keep my temperature low.I told her I want to wear my boxers and she said if I keep it up she will throw my boxers out.what should I do.plzzzz be serious.

Umm tightie whities won't help keeping the temperature low...
Having your penis and balls pressed against you body preservers your body temperature better than a boxer... That's why when you have it cold your penis and balls shrink and tend to tighten really up against your body, better isolation and to keep your body warm.

Wearing a boxer your genitals are more loose so your body will cool off better.
That's why in winter outside your nose, ears and fingers/toes always hurt because they are sticking out and are more affected by temperature...

So yeah to help keeping your temperature low you should wear (loose) boxers.
Pure theoretical off course, because the difference is minimal...

Science aside, try to talk to her, you are 14 now and I'm with you when you say you want to take your temperature yourself, I would be a little embarrassed as well.
Taking temperature anally is something intimate, and you are old enough to handle those things yourself. Good luck :)

I would sit down with her and have a serious talk. You are 14 years old. Taking your temperature anally is not appropriate for her to be doing anymore. I don't think you old enough to make all of your own decisions, but at this point in your life, you should be able to make decisions like what underwear you want to wear and such on your own. Don't take this the wrong way, but your mom seems very controlling. In my opinion, it seems she is having a hard time grasping that you are getting older. She needs to relinquish some of that control.

You need to have a serious talk with her. Tell her that you are 14 years old now and it is time that you make some of these decisions for yourself. The fact that she is dictating what kind of underwear you should wear is just ridiculous. Does your dad know she does this? If not, have a talk with him. See if he can talk to her. Regardless though, you need to have a talk with her about this. You are old enough to decide what underwear to wear and to take your own temperature.

With the technology that is around these days, there is no reason for anyone to need to take their temperature anally. This sounds a bit creepy. I'd make sure another adult knows about it.
