hi guys my penis is 5 1/4 inches hard but only 2 inches soft. is this a problem

Nope, not at all. Some people's penises will be small flaccid and grow larger during an erection, whilst other people's penises will be large flaccid and not grow much during an erection. Either way, the erection size will be around the same size as as person with a large flaccid penis (known as a 'shower'). You are what's known as a 'grower'.

It's not a problem and never will be. Why? because what is going to happen with it soft? I mean unless whatever girl wants to see it doesn't understand that most all guys are showers, then that'd be a slight problem and All you'd need to do is explain it to her. But yeah, all the sex and what not would happen with the hard on which is pretty healthy sounding.
