Dont worry its normal, during puberty your hormones are changing so some times you may ejaculate and sometimes you might only get the feeling.

Well one time I started masturbating as soon as my parents went out the door shopping. About 5 minutes later I heard the door open and someone coming down the stairs (my room is in the basement). I was nearly about to come but I quickly threw out my tissues and made myself "presentable".
