I haven't had the pleasure of finding LSD yet, but I have tried other psychedelics, many times.

As an absolute base condition, be 18+. Until your brain is fully formed, do not take any drugs because your brain simply isn't experimented or strong enough to undergo that type of change. If cannabis can fuck up your brain development, LSD/shrooms will ravage it completely.

First, know what you're getting into. Your brain will be massively fucked up for hours and hours. Depending on you and how much you take, an LSD trip can easily reach double digit hours. Forget doing anything of value for the day. Also please know what you are taking, how much and what its effects on you will be. If you can't do such simple research then you do not deserve psychedelics, hard but true.

Second, psychedelics are very special drugs. It's not like pot where you can sit in a circle, pass the spliff, talk and have a good time. For me at least, I find tripping in a group hopelessly choking. If you are going to try, have one very good friend with you, preferably sober who knows how to "sit" somebody in an impaired cognitive state. Such a person should be totally cool under pressure and able to talk you out of whatever dumb bullshit the blotter might put into your brain. No ifs, no buts. The first time you try ANY psychedelic you should never be alone, and preferably with somebody experimented.

Third, you will find your trip much more enjoyable if you do not take it simply to get fucked up but with an open mind, in a spirit of learning. Many times I've had some otherworldly entity impart to be some important life lesson, something I always had the key to understanding and perhaps knew subconsciously, but that makes so much more sense "out there in the open". These experiences are what makes trips, trips. Get out of your mind's boundaries, since they have been artificially unlocked, and have fun exploring. Your brain can do crazy shit when it's overclocked.

Fourth, do it in a safe area with dim lights and cool music, get any furniture out of the way if it might trip you and obviously no sharp, pointy, gunny or otherwise dangerous objects. Dress in jammies and keep comfortable. Most importantly : enjoy and have fun, but do bear the consequences of your actions.

Yeh, LSD is pretty great.

The rumours about it frying your brain and whatnot are pretty much rubbish.

As Steve Jobs said, it can really enlighten you...and change your life. (like it did for him).

But as with any drug, don't be an idiot, do it responsibly, and you'll probably enjoy it - if not love it.

Dude, I've known girls popping methbombs in the high school's bathrooms before going to class at the tender age of 14. You don't mess with this shit, so I tend to be more careful than most in regards to teens using drugs. I've seen it all.

LSD can be awesome and it can be a horrifying. When people search for a new perspective, this is the drug, but do not have the misconception that acid is a happy drug, your trip will be consistent with your preparations.

I have done it plenty of times, and it's not how people think it is going to be. Even though it was something that I enjoyed a lot, you don't see unicorns and smurfs and goblins :p

From my experiences, it mostly just opened my mind up a ton, and made me look at everything and think about everything like it was all new to me. Colors were more vivid and motion was kind of trippy in an unexplainable way

i have done lsd 12 times. By far my favourite drug, however it not for those who are weak minded (dont have a strong sense of self). It is different for everybody, and is different everytime. It should be taking in a controlled environment (settting) and a stable, solid state of mind (set). Should always have a trip sitter (someone, preferable experienced with the drug) to watch you for your first time. It is better to do with people until you feel you are comfortable trying it by yourself. Know your supplier, trust your supplier.

Your work must be dishing out so much money for drug tests if they have LSD tests. They cost like 500 dollars to send in the sample because LSD doesn't show up on regular urine tests

I work for the goverment. we get piss tested 1 a week then full battery blood drawn and all once every 3 months as well as 2 random full every 6 months
