LostAlone! They're really underrated and deserve some more popularity. I've seen them live twice and they're really nice people. They've been likened to a mixture of MCR, Queen, Green Day and Muse o.0

I'd also recommend Dream Theater.

Not really. I mean, who doesn't know about these anymore? But you don't need to listen to all of them to expand your music taste. Hell, I hardly listen to any of these bands, but I have a (respectively) wide taste of music. I don't get stuck in one or two genres like everyone else I know does.
