The Helps me alot

Here is a more reasonable meal plan:

Breakfast:
organic non instant oatmeal and banana slices, and egg whites (or peanut butter)
Lunch: salad i put some chicken or beans or something on it for protein. and fat free dressing.

after school- you need something filling but light after school because by the time its about 3pm your food is digested and is almost done being burned off. You should have something with a lot of fiber, like an apple or strawberries.

Dinner- On the lighter side, but not a salad . A typical dinner for me would be a small serving of salmon, 1 cup rice, and steamed brocolli.


When you run, by the way, do it in the morning because you have the least amount of food in your body at that point. This is guarenteed fat burning, but do it BEFORE breakfast and DO NOT miss breafkast. A lack of food will slow down your metabolism, eat your muscles, and make your skin droopy. And don't forget to stretch to prevent muscle buildup in awkward places on legs. Endurance running will not build muslce, just tone and burn fat. : ) :D
