ok i feel soo bad right now i want to do some old habits but im holding myself back.

this is all coming at me at one time i hate this all i have soo much stress with the team breaking up losing friends.. missing ashley and knowing shes not here and never will when she says she will but i can tell shes not!

i just dont want to be here anymore.. if i could choose i would leave and start life all over again i hate it!

The best thing you can do is change.

If you keep doing the samethings you are doing now then you will get the same results in the future.

You need to decide what you want to be and just go live it.

Its that simple really.

Well this just explains that you're 100% human, You're going to want to go back and change things, everyone does. But You can get through this, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes you just have to find it.
