There is no way to forget them.. no matter what I will try to never forget any one of my EXGF ... just have to learn what went wrong and not let it happen again.

It will be hard for you to "change" the status of your "relationship" for "Together" to "JUst Friends" but honesty is the best policy as they say.. tell her if she doesn't want to be with you ... you have to keep it civil and make some ground rules like please dont talk about your gf or her boy ya know until you're both ready.

You don't really 'forget.' You just move on. How you choose to do that is up to you - whether you move on to another relationship, or move on to focusing on another aspect of your life other than romantic relationships.
If you're finding it hard to not be in the relationship, maybe you need some distance. How did your relationship end? Are you still on good terms?

It ended pretty bad... Just now we both agreed to never talk to each other again ... I think I made a mistake I mean I hate her so much but I can't forget about her

I have the same problem...mine broke up with me basically and continued to lie to me. She said she wasn't ready for another relationship, a week later she was with some new guy. I finally got her off my mind for a couple of weeks, but she keeps popping up and it's REALLY annoying. Tried to chat with me on bookface - nopenopenope deleted her. At school she pops up and says "I don't know what's going on so here's an (awkard) hug,"
I frikkin hate her! Why does she keep coming back, she doesn't even like me!
Sorry to rant

Wash down some cocaine with a couple of Vodka chasers. No, but seriously, it's not possible.

Your best bet is to try not to forget them.
I recently found myself on the bad end of a three year relationship and tried everything in my power to escape the thoughts of her, the memories we shared, and the future we had envisioned together. I chased her away one alcoholic beverage after another, hoping and praying for it to all go away. But it didn't. That was four months ago, and even today the memories are fresh in my mind and so too is the agony of waking up without her next to me. However, I don't fret it anymore. The more I've embraced the fact that we're finished, the easier it becomes. The more I don't try to avoid thoughts of her, but look back on it with a smile and just try to live my life, the easier it is.
Never forget your exes. They are your most important life lessons when it comes to love. It will get better. It may not be today, tomorrow, or a month down the road, but it will.

Never forget, keep it in your mind so you don't make the same errors twice. However to move on you need something else to occupy that side of your life and time. In time you'll put it behind you. You'll always feel raw for the first few months until you realize that your ex wasn't all that.
