Ok this is weird. Sometimes when i masturbate, i dont ejaculate one bit, but most of the other times i ejaculate loads. Is this normal?

yes perfectly normal. you are either still developing and don't have enough to ejaculate all the time or you masturbate a lot and run out of stock. but either way, your normal, nothing to worry about.
