Everybody can shoot. But then everybody dribbles too! I find that if I masturbate real quick (like only a few minutes) then it will dribble. If I go for distance (:D) like over 15 minutes it will be a lot more forceful. Without looking at time, it can also vary depending on how aroused you are.
