So let me just double check:
>Only the owner can bump
>The owner can bump 2 months after last post (3 months in all 3 P101)
Is that correct?

Anyone can bump if it's been less than 2 months (or 3 in questions for both boys and girls) since the last post. OPs (original poster) can bump their own threads anytime, there's no limit on that.

and there's no limit in diaries (unless the owner says so) and none in the arcade

Puberty for Boys
Puberty for Girls
All have a two month bump limit, not three. Questions for Both, has a three month bump limit.

This would be correct. When you post in a thread older than the 2 months (or 3 in questions for both boys and girls), it's considered a 'bumped thread' and locked by a moderator.

Oh, okay. So a post can be bumped at anytime by any person. But if it is not the owner is has to be UNDER 2 months (3months for P101 Both)?

Well technically, bumping is when you post in a thread that's older than the 2 months (or 3). It's not a bump if it's less than that. But that is correct - if it is not the owner, it needs to be less than 2 months.
