I love the Nike air cushion technology, however they are quite expensive and if you are unable to afford that then go with Avia I would say. It all depends on the cushion and how comfortable you feel with them.

You really ought to see a specialist and have them analyze you if you're running seriously or competitively. I was matched with a pair of Mizunos, they were expensive but it's built for high mileage (and it's pretty damn well proven so..) they're great! Not to mention I haven't run into any sustained ankle injury since.

This is never a bad idea. Especially when running competitively, visiting a specialist regularly may be costly, but it helps in the long run. After two leg surgeries, I broke through my stubbornness.
Anyway, as far as it goes, I hate Nike. I'll run in them, but I'd rather avoid them. During track, I stuck with Adidas and as did most of my competition, it seemed. Personally, I love how the Adidas Bounce / Boost series fit and feel while running. I was a mid-distance runner and they suited me just fine.

I have really small feet, like size 7. The only running shoes that work for me are New Balance. I'm running in their 993s now and I love them. I've used Nike and ASICs before and they never felt like they fit right.
I agree with the other about getting you gait analyzed. When I started cross country, the running store in my town used a treadmill with a video camera to look at how I ran and adjusted the style shoe to firms.

If you want to buy running shoes then I think you should buy Adidas sports shoes which is the best branded shoes that you can wear anytime, anywhere. Adidas is one of my favorite shoes brand that I always prefer to buy from online stores in cheaper rate.

I will say that the Puma shoes are awesome and everyone should have a pair of them. I recently purchased it for my trekking sport and simply liked them so much.
