Well, how tall are you exactly? In fact, it doesn't really matter :P

You're only 14, you have so much puberty time left, and you will get taller. I got taller at around 14/15, perhaps you will too, maybe later, but it will happen.

I'd encourage getting a lot of sleep and eating fresh fruit to help your body grow. Don't have any health shakes or that rubbish, let your body do the work.

If your dad and brother are tall there's a good chance you will be too. There's nothing you can really do but give it time.

I know how you feel though, i'm the smallest boy in my year at school, and i'm shorter then most of the girls and even some of the kids in the year below. I come from a short family though, my dad's only about 5ft 5 and my mum is under 5 feet, i'm only supposed to be about 5ft 4 when I finish growing (i'm 13 and 4ft 6 right now).

Since you're only 14 you do still have time to grow and most people don't finish growing until late teens and even early twenties.

Plus being short isn't a bad thing at all. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you :)

I know how you feel. I'm 5'5" and most of my guy friends tower over me at 5'10" or more. I try to sleep more, but piles of homework mess up my schedule. Procrastination is a huge problem for me though...

Once you turn 15, you'll hit a growth spurt! It took me awhile (the summer of my freshman year) to get taller, and then I hit another growth spurt the summer of my sophomore year
