Lines Going Down My Monitor

I previously made a post about this, but it's gone... So anyway, I replaced the ribbon cable and the inverter, and there are still lines. So it must be my LCD right? Anyone know what causes this to happen and/or how to fix it?

Anyway as I previously said in that thread, I think, when I had that problem with my laptop I had to get the screen replaced. Lucky I have complete care with Dell! lol
