So, Am I the only one who watches anime here, or do other people watch it? My favorite anime is Death Note! I think its amazing =) though the plot is confusing its pretty awesome. Anyone who does watch Anime, got any good suggestions? Also do you prefer Dub or Sub anime??

A few people around watch anime, from what I've noticed.
My favorite anime has to be Guilty Crown followed by the .Hack series and Sword Art Online. Like you, I also enjoyed Death Note. I've also enjoyed some random ones such as Kaze No Stigma, The World God Only Knows, and Accel World. Just some that come to mind.
Also, I prefer sub over dub. With subs I'm forced to read the dialogue and I feel I can get more into the story, relate to the characters better, and not miss something through a distracting scene.

I'm a huge anime fan. I've watched death note too, it's pretty good. I haven't watched that much anime (I've only been into it for like 3 months) but i'd recommend Code Geass {The official name is Code Geass: Lelouch of the Revolution} It's about a rebellion with mechs and princes and stuff, and is my personal favorite. Also, Elfin Lied is really good, but it's pretty mature (Lots of violence, and some nudity). I also like fullmetal alchemist a lot.
As for subs vs dubs, I enjoy both, but prefer dubs, because that way I don't have to be watching every single second, and can do stuff on the internets while listening. (Though I sometimes get distracted and have to rewind the videos a little)

As my profile pic suggests I am a huge fan of Saint Seiya (or Knights of the Zodiac) which despite it's age is an amazing anime series that everyone must watch since there are a lot of feeling and metaphors into all that action. Plus, it has the best soundtrack (just listen to one of the tracks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsLBr2pwGvk)) I have heard in an anime series and a pretty good spin-off called "The Lost Canvas". I watch it dubbed in spanish but it is also subtitled in english.
Other than that I would recommend Cowboy Bebop for a good futuristic story which is both subbed and dubbed.
I am also looking for recommendations apart from those two series, I only like dubbed though, preferably in spanish.

I would say I'm a pretty big anime fan. I usually watch Naruto Shippuden, and I enjoyed SAO, Blast of Tempest, and some others I cant remember.
And subbed for the win!

Recently I've started watching more anime again. A few have stood out:
- Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. It's about a family's struggle to fight stuff like vampires and other monsters through many generations while using crazy powers.
- Jormungand. It's about an arms dealer's adventures in selling weapons and blowing stuff up. It's very similar to Black Lagoon.
- Attack on titan (Shingeki no Kyojin). People live in walled cities that protect them from giant monsters, the main character joins the defense force to protect the city while trying to learn more about the monsters. Only one episode so far, but it was great.
- Tiger and Bunny. Superheroes star in a reality show where they apprehend criminals and do other superohero-y stuff. They need corporate sponsors in order to pay for damages they cause. There's an underlying plot about one of the hero's murdered parents and the mafia.
Also, I've seen a lot of anime and know about even more than I've seen, so I can probably give some recommendations based on genre and similarity to other shows.

im sure alot of people here watch anime
i have not seen deathnote, but ive read it and i love it
always subs, i rarely watch dubbed anime.
mainly because i think you should always experience the original or youre missing a piece of it. but always because a vast majority of american dubbed stuff is really low quality

Pretty huge fan, I would recommend: Code Geass, Gurren Lagann, Darker than BLACK, One Piece (if you have time lol), Samurai Champloo, Great Teacher Onizuka, Black Lagoon. Watched Elfen Lied and I found it pretty terrible.
I prefer Dubbed over Subbed, I watch both and to be honest and I could care less as long as the anime has a good story and the voice actors are decent. I also hate subs elitists who think only anime can be watched in Japanese and all dubs are terrible.
