I get headaches every day so I've researched a lot up about them and from what I've found out one of the most common causes of headaches is dehydration. You should be drinking 1-2 litres of water a day and I doubt many of us drink that recommended amount. If you're trying to get rid of your headaches by taking painkillers that could actually become another cause. If you have been taking painkillers because of the headaches over a long period of time I suggest you stop taking them. The headaches may get worse for a while but if it's rebound headaches you're getting, they should ease up.
The main causes of headaches are stress, not getting enough sleep, skipping meals and then other less likely causes like depression, drinking too much alcohol etc. I suggest you research it yourself as I'm not entirely sure of the symptoms you're experiencing. The NHS website (http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/headache/Pages/Introduction.aspx) is very helpful and you might be able to find some sort of treatment for them.

Definitely do your research. Try keeping a headache log. When you get them. What you've eaten or drank. How much sleep you've had. If you normally drink something with caffeine, do you maybe get the headaches when you haven't had any? If all else fails, you really should see your doctor, because headaches can be a symptom of a serious health issue.

drink lots of water. avoid over exposure to sunlight. make sure you eat 3 meals a day and healthy snacks in between. take painkillers(like tylenol or naproxen)
if this continues see a doctor. this could be an indicator of a serious problem. maybe you are experiencing symptoms of needing glasses(idk if you wear them yet or not)
good luck!

Headaches is to be taken VERY seriously. You need to see a medical professional immediately. Headaches can mask bigger problems like brain tumors, and possible hemorages. Both deadly and leathal
