Sometimes when I'm really horny my clit gland enlarges and sticks out resembling a penis?
Has anybody ever had this happens? Why does it happen?

Well, essentially, a clit is a female penis, just without the tadpoles and things like that. A clitoris is made of the same nerves and tissues as a penis. I think it's because we're all a little male and a little female in the womb before the chromosomes decide which one, the same reason boys have nipples (don't quote me, I may be wrong). The clit enlarges for the same reason the penis becomes erect it's caused by blood flow and engorgement. Clits come in all sizes just like everything else on the human body. Some girls have very small clits even when aroused and some can actually stick out over an inch or two. Their have even been cases of sexually ambiguous babies born that thier sexuality couldn't be clearly defined at birth because of an extremely large clitoris and yes there are even people out there that have what doctors classify as hermaphrodite who have basicly both the male and female sex organs but rarely are they fully functiional as either sex.

Exactly right. We all start out as female, which is exactly why boys have nipples, as you said.

Once that "Y" chromosome figures itself out, that's when penis development happens. I saw a picture once of a boy and a girl in the womb and they looked almost exactly alike. I couldn't figure out which was which. (The point was something like that since a penis was an overgrown clitoris and since circumcising a clitoris is illegal in the USA, the creator of the image was trying to say that male circumcision should also be illegal.)

Some do, some don't. Essentially, there's three main "types." Some stick out all the time, some stick out only when aroused, and some never pop out. Each one is totally "normal" and is nothing to worry about.
