Penis sensitivity

Where is your penis most sensitive? It seems like different guys are sensitive in different ways. I have heard some guys head isn't sensitive at all, but the underside just below the head is super sensitive. I have also heard some guys say their head is sensitive, but not the underside.

So just wondering how it is for you?

When answering also say if you're cut or uncut.

Also is your head sensitive any when soft?

I think most guys who are uncut have a sensitive head because they have the foreskin always protecting it, while guys who are cut lost the sensitivity because it's not protected and they always touch it loosing the sensitivity.

I'm cut, and my most sensitive part is between the head and the scar of the circumcision, like half of the shaft

I am cut, the underside right below the head is the most sensitive, second would be when my penis is really hard the the glans are very enjorged that is very sensitive too
