I decided to make this thread because of an experience I had a few months ago.
I was at my swimming club one day and I was there to act as a mentor for the younger swimmers who were about 12 years old. I don't help this class anymore, but it was mostly boys (the class I mentor nowadays is mostly girls). Anyway, when I first started off I had to go into the changing rooms with the boys who were about 12 and I had to get changed with them. I am not a very tall person, I'm only 5 foot 2 and I could easily pass as a 12 year old, so I decided on that first day with the class I would tell the other boys I was 12 (when infact I was 14), just for fun.
So when we entered the changing room, everybody started getting changed as normal, I glanced around and noticed that most of the boys were undeveloped "down there" and I laughed to myself slightly, I also noticed however that they didn't seem to be looking at each others penises at all, not a single guy seemed to glance down at another guys dick. They didn't seem curious at all and completely comfortable being naked around each other, even though some of them had very small penises.
So I started to get changed and I took my pants off, natrually as you would expect my penis was a lot bigger than everybody elses in the room (i'm naturally quite large when flaccid), but I had no pubic hair like most boys in the room because I shave regularly. I stood there naked for a while letting it all hang out and not a single person looked at me or seemed to notice my penis was bigger than everybody elses. Remember they still all thought I was only 12 years old like them.
So I decided to mess around so I started talking to the guy next to me, still naked and I said to him "i think my penis is the biggest one here", then suddenly he looked down at it and didn't seem intimidated by it at all and he wasnt wary that all boys were different until he saw mine, he just said "Wow that's so cool", then he brought me round to another group of boys who were getting changed too and he said "have you seen how big this guys dick is", and they all replied like "thats cool, you're lucky" etc, but none of them seemed embarrassed by the size of their own penises, one of them even said "mines bigger" when it wasn't at all, then he stretched it out so it looked about the same length as mine.
None of the boys seemed intimidated or embarrassed about their penis size, and none of them seemed curious. I can remember when I was 12 that I was just starting to become curious and wary that all boys are different.
