This!! If youre getting to orgasm u should never block it, the muscles for cumming are powerful sometimes they can shoot it right over your shoulder, that means they can cause a lot of pressure when youre cumming. If you are cumming but not letting it out, that means it's kinda getting squirted backwards and that can be dangerous and cause health problems.

I am curious as to what religion you are apart of that condones masturbation, but not sperm ejaculations except during sexual intercourse.

But there are no direct adverse heath affects, but you do realize that when you are right at your climax and you do not cum, that the next time you urinate sperm will be mixed in and you will be basically, 'cumming.'
