maybe this is just cos you look at other guys sideways and see more of thier dick than you do of your own -

Mine can be quite small when flacid too. It is amazing the difference between flacid penises between all males. Believe me, you are not alone. Some people are "well hung" that way, some aren't. Some people can also seem to ne in a semi erect state too. Since it's driven by blood flow, it may depend partly too on how cold/ warm you are down there (I think mine shrivels up a bit more when cold too)

I know it's easy to say, but don't worry - you are normal.

You're fine, and a lot of guys' penises shrivel up in the cold. Everyone is different, and you are not abnormal if your penis looked smaller than everyone elses'.

Its most likely a mixture of the cold and just then natural way your penis looks. You'll find as you get older and develop more that these things change. The important thing to remember is you're just 14 the others mentioned in your above post were a couple years old than you for the most part. I wouldn't worry about it. It might change as you develop more later in life.
