Hey im 15 and my penis erect is 5.5-6 inches... but when its flaccid it is 1-2 inches.. is that normal? will it grow soon?

You are within adult average and probably on the bigger side of 15 year olds. No one would really care about flaccid so it aint gonna matter :)

It is perfectly normal to have a small sized penis that extends to the average adult size. It's what's known as a "grower". The opposite, someone who is a "shower", has a rather long flaccid penis but does not expand much in size when erect.

It will grow during puberty, you have another 6 or so years of puberty.

Well you're average for your age when erect and its very common to be a lot smaller when you're flaccid so I wouldn't worry about it. Remember at 15 you're still growing :)
