Alright, so I am currently building endurance for the US national cycling championships in June next year, and I want to ask: What is the best way to drop excess fat and build up endurance? Thanks everyone!

I'd say the best way for shedding fat is through cardio, exercise and a regular eating & sleeping pattern!
You can search up intermittent fasting too, especially if you have a fast metabolism which causes you to consume more calories than you need.

Cardio kills me, and my metabolism fairly low all around. In fact, I simply burn off 1lb of fat, and my breath becomes too rancid for anyone to be around because my body doesn't naturally burn fat.
