So I'm circumcised but I was wondering if there was any way to get my foreskin back. Also I know that because uncircumcised guys have skin over their heads, the oils make their head really soft and shiny. Is there any oil or anything I can do to make my head soft and look like that?

Ive coarse there aren't natural ways, if you cut of your finger can you grow it back? Nope but you can get one bonded back on. That is the only way.
As with having a soft shiny head you just need to give the head moisture. Use moisturizers ect.

No there is not. But I wouldn't worry too much, it's not that very different either way which I know from 16 years with skin, 8 months out.

There is no natural foreskin restoration out there, and the only way to get one back is through surgery.

It would be kind of hard to make your head shiny like the uncut guys because your head is always exposed unlike those guys who have their foreskins always lubing their penis heads. The most you can do is use moisturizers or some skin care product down there to see if it would help. Until you can afford a foreskin restoration, then there is really is not anything you can do.

I don't know how I got onto the topic, but I remember some guy at a party telling me about devices that try to grow or stretch back foreskin. I don't know, it kind of seems like a lot of trouble and probably painful. Probably more trouble and pain than its worth, I would think.

I'm also cut but its not really a big deal. There are supposedly ways to stretch what little bit of foreskin is left on cut guys to eventually make it full sized through excercise, but I don't know whether or not they would work.

No, i don't think there is a natural way of restoring the foreskin. Because the foreskin is much more than just skin, it secretes fluids to keep the penis sensitive, it stretches and shrinks with the penis and glides over the head when wanking.
