do you have a favourite kind of onion?
as popular and pervasive as red onions are, theyre the one onion i cant stand.
sticking with traditional bulb onions, im quite the fan of white onoins.
though, out of all, i really love leeks.
i use them in alot of stuff and could just eat them any time.
my fried rice just isnt complete without it
and you just cant beat a well made vichyssoise.

People who say they don't like onions just haven't had them done right. Chopped up and caramelized in some oil in a pan makes them super sweet, and taste great in omelets to philly cheesesteak sandwhiches.

I can eat most onions and even certain pickled onions. I generally like red onions though through a salad or in a sauce or basically anything with red onion.
