When i am in the changing rooms at swimming lessons me and some other guys watch each other change. I also get allot of attention outside the changing room because i like to wear a tight speedo the guys love it . And i was wondering is this normal and will it ever lead to anything moor. I also want to ask whats the most you have ever seen.

I think it's quite comon for boys to try at least to "catch a look". Hormones play a part out of curiosity. In swiming changing roosm, some boys let everything "hang out", and some are shy and use towels. Wether this leads to more for you depends on you and your friends

is it normal for guys to admire others - yes it is

is it normal for some you in this case to want to wear a tight speedo to attract others attention or show - yes it is.

will it lead to more - what more - more of what - . More attention more guys looking at you - maybe - maybe not they might just get bored

I've seen my friends naked in the changing rooms all the time, it's no big deal and obv we never DO anything there cuz it's public but even if it wasn't nothing would happen between us

Lots of boys are curious so they want to see if they are 'normal' there is no average everyone is different but normal to get looked at I do in boxer briefs but I do not intentionally look may catch odd glimpse but not intentional

I think it's normal. Me and my soccer team have all seen each other naked hundreds of times and we don't think any of that is weird.

well im also a swimmer, and i go to boarding school :) so i swim then shower with my friends. i have seen there penises twice a day since before they started puberty, ans now we are all pretty much done. do we look at each other, sure. do we care about each other looking? nope :) yes we have done other stuff, but id say that is more because we all wanted to jo at some point.

I reckon it's just to tempting to have a peek at someone else's stuff when it's right there in front on you - remember when we has swimming class in year 8 everyone was constantly having loads of peeks - so it's nothing to think to much about. But you never know - it could lead to more!
