I'm looking to buy a new tv that is hd 1080p (I think those are the same things) flat screen so you can mount on the wall a 22" or more but nothin to big 50" being to much and is around 200-400 any suggestions

Samsung is the best picture. They make 32" tv's for just over 300 bucks.

Personally, I'd recommend that you get a TV made by Sony. I have the KDL-26BX320, While it may not be the latest model available, It has a good picture quality and supports full HD (1080p). I got it for my birthday and it costed AU$300, I'm sure you could find it on Amazon/Ebay for a good price. Of course there are other models/brands if you do not like the look of that TV or you do not like Sony TVs.

I just got a Magnavox 32" (32MF301B) has good picture quality. I think mom got it on sale for less than 200.00 with the bracket to mount it on the wall.

Anything Samsung is good tbh.

Are you looking for LCD, LED or Plasma? Also, Bestbuy has their inhouse brand, Insignia ... which are fairly cheap and produce decent picture quality.

Samsung has awesome quality. I'd go with them.
