Use something like an upside down pen (one that has no sharp edges or anything at all that could damage/cut you) and use that, so if anything does come out its not all over you more just the pen.

if you can, you should get a hold of a douche haha if u are like dying to do it. the first time i did it i didnt have any poop on my hands and didnt feel anything. The second time i felt something that felt hard so i stopped haha. The best thing to do if you dont have access to a douche is just make sure you poop thoroughly so that there is none left over and then shower so there is no residue.
