Given most boys are still going through puberty at 14, I'd say anything between 3 and 7 inches hard.

Hey there :) I agree Witt the first answer, this is no set average for 14 year old because everyone goes through puberty in different orders. So you could still be the same size you were prepubescent or you could be your final size,( which is for the average male between 5-6.5 inches.) Or you could be anywhere in between the two :) sorry I couldn't give you an exact figure.

As people all progress through puberty at different ages, it's impossible to work out an average for someone of 14 years old. The adult average is any where between 5.1 and 5.9 inches, so if you're above that then you should be happy :) If you started around the same time as everyone else then your penis should be about 4-5" by now, if you started early then it could be something like 6-6.5" (Im 7-7.5" depending on arousal and Im 15), or if you started late you could be anything down to like 2".
